On November 25, Shandong intellectual property development center determined the patent navigation project of the whole province this year. Dongying City has two projects on the list, namely "EWSN intelligent police management system" of Shandong huawang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and "1600 tons / year SPB series products (basic new materials of electronic chemicals) patent navigation project" of Shandong Daoyi Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.
     In order to speed up the construction of a strong province with intellectual property rights and give full play to the role of intellectual property rights in promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and the economic and social development of the province, the patent navigation project application of Shandong Province started in late August. Dongying intellectual property protection center, in combination with the industrial development characteristics of the whole city and the development of enterprise patent work, strictly controls the application conditions, selects the pre selected projects from the "Shandong new and old kinetic energy conversion project database" selected by Dongying City, and recommends to report to the Provincial Intellectual Property Development center. After expert review, 33 projects in the province have been identified as Provincial Patent navigation projects in 2019, and two projects recommended and applied by Dongying City have been approved.
    The patent navigation project is based on the two main lines of industry analysis and patent analysis, which deeply integrates patent information with industry status, development trend, policy environment, market competition and other information. Through the analysis of patent big data, it further clarifies the direction of industry development, finds the location of regional industry, and provides the development path reference for optimizing the allocation of industrial innovation resources. In recent years, Dongying City has continuously increased the use and protection of intellectual property rights, and continuously promoted patent navigation and high-value patent cultivation. In the past two years, the city has completed 34 municipal enterprise micro navigation and 2 provincial enterprise navigation projects, which has analyzed the potential market risks for industrial development and opened up a path for industrial technological innovation.
